So today we will tell you about Makhana Namkeen Snack Recipe which you can make in minutes without cutting or cooking.
Ingredients for making Makhana Namkeen:
2 cups makhana, 1/4 cup peanuts, 1/4 cup cashews, 1/4 cup almonds, 1/4 cup raisins, 1/4 tsp black pepper, 1/2 tsp chaat masala, 1/2 tsp rock Salt, 1 green chilli chopped, some curry leaves, 2 tbsp ghee
Method to make Makhana Namkeen:

First step: First turn on the gas and place a pan on it. When the pan becomes hot, add 2 tablespoons of desi ghee and 1 chopped green chilli and temper it with some curry leaves. After that, fry makhana, almonds, cashews, peanuts and raisins one by one until they turn brown. When they are roasted, take them out in another vessel.

Second step: Now mix all the ingredients together and then add salt as per taste, half teaspoon black pepper powder and half teaspoon chaat masala and mix well. Your Dryfruit Makhana Namkeen is ready to serve.
