Devotees of Mata Rani eagerly wait for the nine-day festival of Navratri every year. Many devotees also observe fast to please Mata Rani. People often feel tired during fasting. If you also want to keep fast during Navratri, then you must try this recipe of coconut laddu. By eating coconut laddus you will be able to feel energetic throughout the day. First step- To make coconut laddus, first put 2 spoons of ghee in a pan and heat it. Now add one cup chopped almonds and one cup chopped cashews in the pan.
Second step- Also add half cup chopped walnuts and 4 spoons raisins in this ghee. Now you have to fry all the dry fruits well on low flame.
Third step- Separate the roasted dry fruits and now add about 2 spoons of ghee in the pan and heat it. After this, put 4 cups of grated coconut in the pan and fry it on low flame.
Fifth step- After this, mix all the dry fruits and cardamom powder well in the coconut and jaggery mixture.
Finally, garnish these laddus with some grated coconut. Now your coconut laddus are ready to serve. Believe me, after eating these laddus on the fasting day, you will not feel lack of energy. These laddus made from coconut will also prove beneficial for your health.
