Most women can easily prepare idli dosa at home. Some people like to eat dosa, but are lazy to make and eat it. A big reason for this is that very few people know how to make a good dosa at home. While making dosa at home, many times the dosa sticks and breaks, and sometimes the dosa becomes very thick. Today we are telling you the trick to make a crispy and thin dosa like the market. With this, your dosa will be perfect without sticking. You just have to follow these special tips and tricks while making dosa.

How to make non-stick dosa?

  • First of all, the batter you need to prepare for dosa should not be too thick or too thin. If you drop the batter from a spoon, it should fall easily.

  • If you are making dosa at home using the dosa batter available in the market, dilute it by adding little water. The dosa batter available in the market is quite thick.

  • Now take a cast iron pan for dosa. If you want, you can also use a normal iron pan. Keep in mind that if the pan is flat, then the dosa will turn out better on it.

  • Now first heat the pan and then grease it well with any oil. Now clean all the oil with a wet towel and let the pan cool down. With this trick your pan will become non-stick.

  • To make dosa, heat the griddle lightly and then add 1-2 drops of oil and spread it well using a paper towel or paper towel. Keep in mind that the griddle should not be too hot while spreading the dosa. Sprinkle some water on it and spread the dosa after it dries.

  • To spread the dosa, pour the batter in the middle of the pan and slowly spread the dosa by rotating it in a circular motion on the entire pan. Now keep the flame of the gas medium low and let the dosa cook until it becomes light brown.

  • When the dosa sinks from the bottom, you will see that the edges will start rising slightly. Now spread the prepared potato stuffing on the dosa and flip it by folding it. If you are eating plain dosa, then pour some ghee on the dosa before flipping it.

  • This will make the taste of plain paper dosa even more delicious. First wet the thing you are using to flip the dosa. This will make the dosa flip easily. Eat the prepared dosa with chutney and sambar.
