Trick No-1

First step- To make paper dosa, you must take care of some special things. The more a thin dosa is to make, the more dilute the batter. Now take a big pan to make dosa. Grease the pan with light oil and then wipe the oil with a wet cloth.

Second step- When the oil and water dries with the pan and the griddle is light warm, spread the batter. Pour the batter either spreading with a deep spoon or bowl or put it on one place and spread the pan and spread it in the whole. The more the dosa spreads the batter, the thin will be made. Now bake the dosa on medium high flame from one side only.

Third step- After cooking, the dosa will automatically separate from the pan. Fold it with great care and take it out. Ready and crispy paper dosa is ready. You can eat it with chutney or sambar. Paper dosa is very crispy to eat. Everyone will like its taste very much.

Trick No-2

If you are not able to make a paper dosa, then make a plane dosa in the house. It can be made quite thin. The griddle should be very light warm to make dosa. The dosa does not stick to the pan when it is too hot. Therefore, when the griddle cools down, spread the dosa easily. Now high and bake the dosa. In this way, a dosa made in this way becomes very thin.

Trick No-3

Another way to make a thin and crispy dosa is to dilute the dosa batter. Now as the water splashes on the pan, splash the dosa batter and make it like a net while sprinkling it all over the place. Now bake this dosa. The crisp dosa is ready.
