Amla Chutney- Raw Amla is sold very cheap in winter. You must include Amla in your diet in some way daily. Make Amla chutney and eat it with paratha and roti. Amla chutney tastes very tasty. For this, wash 2-3 Amla, clean them and remove the seeds. Now add amla, 2 cloves of garlic, green coriander, green chilli, salt and cumin in the mixer and grind them. Eat this chutney with food.

Amla vegetable- If you want to change the taste then you can prepare Amla vegetable and eat it. For this, add 1 spoon oil in the cooker. Add cumin seeds and some asafoetida. Now add turmeric to it and add whole or chopped amla on top. Sprinkle water and then add salt and 1 pinch of red chilli and close the cooker. Cook like a vegetable on medium flame for 2 whistles. Open the cooker and mash the amla lightly. If you add whole Amla then remove the seeds. Amla curry is ready. Eat it as a side dish with other vegetables.
