stomach problems- Roti is not so easy to digest. If you eat too much bread then it becomes difficult to digest. Many times one feels heaviness in the stomach after eating bread. The stomach starts bloating. This causes stomach problems like gas, acidity or other digestive problems. Therefore, eat bread only in small quantities.
Blood sugar level may increase- Eating too much bread can increase blood sugar level. Especially eating wheat bread can cause sudden increase in blood sugar. Due to the presence of carbohydrates in wheat, there is a risk of increasing blood pressure. Therefore, you should not eat too much bread made from wheat.
How much bread should one eat in a day?
A man should not eat more than 5-6 chapatis in a day. A woman should not eat more than 4 chapatis in a day. If you want to lose weight, you should not eat more than 4-5 rotis in a day. Instead of roti, it is better that you eat rice in limited quantity.
