Congress party leader and MP Rahul Gandhi has shared a video on his social media account X. In this video he goes to a salon and talks to the barber and gets a shave. While sharing the video, Rahul Gandhi wrote, “Nothing is left!” These four words of Ajit Bhai and his tears are telling the story of every working poor and middle class of India today. From barber to cobbler, potter to carpenter – falling income and rising inflation have taken away the aspirations of manual workers to have their shops, their houses and even their self-respect.”
Rahul Gandhi reached the salon and shared the video.
He further wrote, “What is needed today is such modern measures and new schemes, which will increase income and bring back savings in households. And, a society where skill gets its due and every step of hard work takes you up the ladder of progress.” Actually, in the video, Rahul Gandhi is seen talking to barber Ajit. During this time the barber says that the house rent is Rs 2500. Wife is a heart patient. Earning is Rs 14-15 thousand in a month. Shops and houses are all on rent. When we came earlier, we thought that our future would be good. Will work hard. But they remained there.
Barber said these things to Rahul Gandhi
After this the barber further says that we were very happy during your rule. There was peace under Congress rule. What to do, we will not be able to progress, we will remain here only here. The future of the children will remain in doubt. Have just come, will leave at 11 pm. Our life will end like this. We are handicapped by leg. There must be someone to support a poor person like us. It is a great pleasure and relief to meet Rahul Gandhi. During this time, when Rahul Gandhi was leaving from there, barber Ajit started crying. After this Rahul Gandhi tells him not to cry.
