Mild cold has knocked in many states of North India including Delhi. As the evening approaches, one can feel the rosy cold. Light fog and smog are being seen in Delhi in the morning. The sunlight coming out during the day has kept the temperature from falling, although that increase in sunlight is not being seen. According to the Meteorological Department, the feeling of cold may increase in Delhi-NCR in the coming two-three days. It is forecast that the sky will remain clear till November 21. However, there will be mild cold with light fog or smog in the morning, evening and night.
Be alert, cold is going to increase
The Meteorological Department says that the cold may increase from November 18. The sky will be clear from November 17 to November 21, although light fog may occur in the morning in some areas. On November 18 and 19, the maximum temperature is expected to be 27 and the minimum will be 14. After this, on 19th and 20th November it will reach 26 degrees and 13 degrees.
There will be light fog in the morning in many parts of the country including Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Punjab, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh and the temperature may drop rapidly in the coming two to three days, due to which the cold will also increase. From next week, the temperature will start falling in North India and then the cold may increase.
IMD has issued a fog alert in the coming two-three days in 18 districts of Uttar Pradesh. This includes Bareilly, Gorakhpur, Moradabad, Rampur, Pilibhit, Shravasti, Basti, Sant Kabir Nagar, Shahjahanpur, Bahraich, Gonda, Lakhimpur Kheri, Kushinagar, Mau, Deoria, Sitapur and Maharajganj.
The Meteorological Department has issued an alert of heavy rain in many districts of Kerala. In these districts, heavy rain alert has been issued in Thiruvananthapuram, Kollam, Pathanamthitta, Alappuzha, Kottayam, Ernakulam and Thrissur. Apart from this, there is a possibility of light rain in the remaining districts.
