The biggest terrorist attack since 2019 has taken place in Ganderbal, Jammu and Kashmir. Seven people have died and five have been injured in this attack. TRF has taken responsibility for this attack. TF is a mask of Lashkar-e-Taiba. Its terrorists are active in Jammu and Kashmir. All the terrorists have fled after the attack. The mastermind of this attack is being said to be Sheikh Sajjad Gul, who is hiding in Pakistan. NIA (National Investigation Agency) had announced a reward of Rs 10 lakh on this in 2019 itself. Along with this, there are three other terrorists, with whose help Sheikh Sajjad is operating the entire network.

According to sources, after the elections, terrorist organizations want to attract everyone's attention, hence they are trying to do target killing. This is the biggest target killing after 2019. Sheikh Sajjad's associates are promoting terrorism in Jammu and Kashmir with the help of Pakistani terrorists and local boys. These terrorists also have the support of Pakistani Army and ISI. Their aim is to spread unrest in Jammu and Kashmir.

Ganderbal attack terrorists

The Home Ministry has also declared Sheikh Sajjaj a terrorist.

Sheikh Sajjad lived in Ansari Lane in HMT Colony, Bemina, Srinagar. His accomplices are Nawab Shah (Sindh, Pakistan), Saifullah Sajid (Kasur, Pakistan) and Basit Ahmed (Redwani Payin, Kulgam). NIA has started investigation regarding Ganderbal attack.

How did the attack happen?

This terror attack in Ganderbal took place in Gagangir of Sonamarg area. All the workers were working in the Z Mode tunnel construction project being run by the Central Government. This tunnel connects the Gagangir valley of Ganderbal district of central Kashmir with Sonamarg. After work at around 8.30 pm, the workers reached the mess to have dinner. During this time the terrorists fired indiscriminately on them. After the attack the terrorists fled from the spot. Two vehicles were also burnt to ashes in this firing.
