Bhubaneswar: There has been firing on a moving train in Odisha. Several rounds of bullets have been fired on the train. There has been a stir after this incident came to light. Railway Protection Force (RPF) and Government Railway Police (GRP) are investigating the matter.
What is the whole matter?
In Odisha, miscreants have opened fire on Nandankanan Express. This incident happened today at 9.25 am. This incident took place when the train was leaving from Charampa railway station. After receiving the complaint from the train manager, Bhadrak GRP has started investigation.
This firing was done towards the guard's van compartment, which had no seating space for any passenger. There is no information about anyone being injured in the incident. Authorities are still investigating who opened fire and what the motive was.
The news of the bomb had disturbed the railway department's sleep.
Before this, bomb threats were received at different railway stations for several days. Recently, there was information about a bomb in Bihar Sampark Kranti Superfast train, after which there was panic among the passengers sitting in the train.
Earlier, a case of bomb threat had also come to light from Maharashtra. The accused was caught from Nagpur. This accused had created a stir with the rumor of bomb blasts in planes across the country and had sent emails to airlines across the country including the Union Minister.
