However, for this, most of the people either prepare radish parathas and eat it or eat it plain in the form of salad.
Whereas apart from paratha and salad, you can prepare and eat many different dishes from radish. Here we are telling you a very easy recipe of one such radish dish.
Radish and Rice Kachori
Apart from vegetables, you can make Kachori of radish and rice and eat it. The taste of this dish is going to be liked very much by children and elders of your house.
You will need these things-
• To make radish and rice kachori, you will need radish.
• Oil
• 1 teaspoon nigella seeds
• 1 teaspoon celery
• Salt
• 1 teaspoon ginger and green chilli paste
• 260 grams rice flour and
• Fresh finely chopped coriander will be required.
How to make radish and rice kachori?
• For this, first peel the radish and grate it.
• Now, keep 1 cup water in a pan to heat.
• When the water becomes lukewarm, add 1 teaspoon oil, 1 teaspoon nigella seeds, 1 teaspoon celery, 1 teaspoon ginger and green chili paste and grated radish and stir well.
• After this, cover the pan and cook the radish for 5 to 7 minutes.
• After the radish is cooked, turn off the gas and add 260 grams of rice flour to it and stir with the help of a spoon.
• You have to add flour little by little to the radish and keep stirring with a spoon.
• Add freshly chopped coriander to the prepared flour and prepare a soft dough by applying some oil on your hands.
• Now, make small balls from this dough, roll them into rounds and put them in oil and fry them.
• As soon as you do this, your crispy kachori made of radish and rice flour will be ready.
