This will not only give you good sleep, but it will also provide many health benefits to your body. Ashwagandha and Sarpagandha powder are easily available in the market. You can consume it by adding five grams of it in lukewarm water every day before sleeping.
It is considered very effective in cases of insomnia. According to Ayurveda, you can get good sleep by massaging the soles of your feet. Many times, one cannot sleep because the mind is not calm. In such a situation, if you massage the soles of your feet with oil mixed with herbs, it will not only relieve your physical fatigue but will also relieve sleep problems. You can massage the soles of your feet with this oil before sleeping.
It is said in Ayurveda that many times people suffer from insomnia due to not eating food on time, hence it is suggested that every person should eat food between 7:00 pm to 7:30 pm. Should take.
Eating food late helps in maintaining energy in the brain and hence prevents sleep. Along with this, physical laxity has been highlighted as the main reason for sleeplessness in Ayurveda, hence do physical activities like yoga, exercise, meditation, this will give you good sleep.-
