The times above are also the times each period will end, so for those in North America, it will end on Wednesday, October 30 at 8 pm PDT / 11 pm EDT.
As with all betas, go into it with the expectation that there may be some server issues, especially at the beginning of the test. This is something that Capcom itself has mentioned, saying that the purpose of the beta “is to check certain elements such as network load” and, as such, “cannot guarantee a stable gaming experience.”
How to access the Monster Hunter Wilds open beta on PS5, Xbox and PC
The beginning of the Wild monster hunterThe PlayStation Plus open beta is only available to PlayStation Plus subscribers on PlayStation 5. The second period, which begins on October 31, is available to all Xbox, Windows PC, and PlayStation players, including non-subscribers of PlayStation Plus.
No pre-orders, registrations or keys are required to gain access; simply head to your platform store and download the open beta client.
A preload will be available 24 hours before the start time of each platform, meaning you can start playing as soon as the trial begins.

- “Plush Teddy Felyne“ Pendant (cosmetic item)
- Open Beta Test Bonus Item Pack (with 10 Mega Potions, 5 Rations, 5 Life Powders, 5 Armor Spheres, 2 Ultimate Potions, 2 Medicinal Herbs, 2 Nulberry)
The requirement to unlock them is to simply create a character, which is then imported into the full game, so as long as you do, regardless of how much you play, the above rewards are yours. Please note that an online connection is required for these items to transfer.
