The cozy Sims of agriculture are fashionable at this time. They are everywhere. But perhaps the simulator of all the coldest of all is one that does not ask you to grow. Or socialize. Or do much of anything, actually. Enter the inactive island of Ropuka, the best $ 4/£ 3 that I have spent in years.
Ropuka's inactive island is exactly what its name suggests. Ropuka is a sonoliented frog person who lives on an island of grass. His house rests unstable anywhere in his desk while cools, he plays other games, he is absorbed in Internet rabbit holes, observe anime, pay taxes or work. He is even stirring my green hand while writing these same words.

However, it is not completely automated. Ropuka takes constant naps to recharge its resistance, at which time it will rise to cut the grass that serves as the game currency. You can use it to update your resistance bar, improve how efficient your naps and raise the quality of the grass, just to name a few examples. Or Greens can exchange for gold that can then be exchanged for loot boxes that distribute random cosmetics, such as a floral crown for dear Ropuka, different trees for their island and other lovely things. When you stop to think about it too much, all you are doing is decorating your little prison. Napas of 10 seconds in a row of 10 seconds of agriculture: What kind of life is that? But, alone, don't think about it too much, okay? It's cutest that way.
I have never been caught in the various inactive games that populate PC showcases today, but I am well in love with Ropuka's inactive island. As someone whose attention capacity is on the gutter, I have a hard time doing more than an hour of work without distracting myself for something on the wall, the game is a kind of lifeguard. Mentally, I tell myself that everything I need to do is x amount of work or administrator before I can pay the next update for my little frog friend, which helps me maintain the course. Their Lo-Fi rhythms do not hurt either.
You can catch the little one in Steam right now. Surprise, surprise: 98% of reviews are also positive.
