A Silent Hill 2 fan believes he has discovered a hidden message that adds more credence to a long-standing theory about the seminal horror game.
The player believes that two televisions found in Silent Hill 2 Remake (the television in the hospital cafeteria and another in the nurses' station) play a secret message using Morse code.

“A message is playing on Brookhaven Hospital's television, transmitted in Morse code,” explained YouTuber Shiba.
“The sound is mostly drowned out by the static of the TV, making it difficult to hear clearly. However, Morse code is different, with a clicking sound that resembles a telegraph. Loud clicks mark the beginning of a signal, while the A softer click indicates its end. If we listen carefully, we can decipher the following message.

The message itself is quite short, consisting of only two words, and plays on a loop: “Again and.”
Along with the hidden message discovered behind the mysterious photos found in Silent Hill 2 Remake, the Morse code message adds more validity to the popular fan theory that James Sunderland is trapped in the town of Silent Hill, reviving his search for Mary in a loop. “again and again and again and.”
Yesterday, Konami rolled out a new Silent Hill 2 Remake update to fix graphical issues affecting the horror game on PS5 Pro.
The patch comes after Silent Hill 2 Remake players asked Konami to fix technical issues still plaguing the game on PS5 Pro, almost two weeks after the Pro was released. However, some players are reporting that everything it did the patch was to remove PSSR and didn't fix any of the underlying issues.
