If you're short on time or Poké Balls, you can pop an incense and then quickly tap each Ralts to look for the shiny ones and run away from the non-shiny ones. In particular, any Ralts you've already touched will face where your player is, so it should help identify which ones you've already marked.
What Community Day move does Ralts' evolution learn?
If you evolve Kirlia into Gardevoir or Gallade from the start of Community Day until February 1 at 10 pm your local time, it will learn the charged move. synchrony.
If you can't evolve it during this period, you'll probably be able to evolve it during a Community Day weekend event in December to get Synchronoise. If you don't want to wait, you can use Elite TM to perform the move.
How are Gardevoir and Gallade doing in the meta?
Both Gardevoir and Gallade can Mega Evolve, and their Megas reach pretty close to the top of the DPS charts, so it's worth picking the strongest ones even if you don't have Mega Energy on hand.
Mega Gardevoir is HE fairy type attacker when configured with Charm and dazzling shine. Shadow Gardevoir is no slouch, although regular Gardevoir drops the ranking significantly when some legendary Pokémon are taken into account.
Mega Gallade and Mega Gardevoir are pretty good psychic type attackerswith Gallade screeching above Gardevoir, when set with Confusion and Psychic. Their shadow and normal versions lag behind significantly, but can still be used if you don't have the many legendary Pokémon that fill the gap between them.
Gardevoir and Gallade do see some I use PvP, with Gallade performing better than Gardevoir, so it may be worth investing in if you want.
