There's less than a month until park management sim Planet Zoo hits a paper hat and sounds a party blower. fwooooop To celebrate its fifth anniversary, developer Frontier has announced that it will mark the occasion with more paid DLC and a free leopard for PC players.
Starting with the DLC, it's called Zookeepers Animal Pack and will introduce seven more creatures for zoo builders to display when it arrives on October 15. There's Pallas's cat, Hamadryas the baboon, Markhor, the spectacled bear, the African spurred tortoise, Coquerel's sifaka and finally Kirk's dik-dik and, yes, I let out a boyish giggle at the last one. .
Added to all of this are 95 new celebration-themed stages, including bunting, tents, lanterns and picnic benches, plus an all-new stage that will challenge players to prepare, manage and host a five-year-old birthday party. the famous Frontier Zoo.
As for the aforementioned leopard, it is part of the free Planet Zoo 1.18 update, which will also be released on October 15. Specifically, the four-legged gift is a African Leopard and arrives along with some free hats (presumably not for the leopard) and the jelly cake enrichment tool.
