Microsoft has announced the next list of titles that will join Xbox Game Pass in October. (Can you believe it's already October? No, neither can I.)
Headlining the first batch of additions this month is Sifu, the kung fu combat action game that we called “stylish” in Eurogamer's Sifu review.
The full list of Xbox Game Pass titles for October 2024 is as follows:
- MLB The Show 24 (console) – October 2
- Open Roads (console) – October 2
- Sifu (cloud, console and PC) – October 2
- Mad Streets (cloud, console and PC) – October 7
- Inscryption (cloud, console and PC) – October 10
Inscryption is a card-based deck-building puzzle and horror roguelike that shouldn't be missed as the night goes on. We gave it top marks, calling it “bold, standout and spectacular” in Eurogamer's Inscryption review.
Open Roads is a fun, if not entirely memorable, narrative road trip adventure published by Annapurna Interactive earlier this year.
Meanwhile, baseball series MLB The Show is notable for being one of the few games from a PlayStation studio available on Xbox.
And finally, the same thing that Microsoft gives, it also takes away. These five titles are leaving Xbox Game Pass on October 15, so play while you can:
- Dyson Sphere Program (PC)
- Everspace 2 (cloud, console and PC)
- From Space (cloud, console and PC)
- F1 Manager 2023 (cloud, console and PC)
- Scorn (cloud, console and PC)
