NYT Strands Today (Game #209): The Answers
The answers to today's Strands game number 209 are…
- HAPPINESS
- LOVE
- GRATITUDE
- PLEASURE
- EXCITEMENT
- SPANGRAM: EMOTIONS
- My rating: Easy
- My score: Perfect
My only problem with today's Strands is that the theme clue and answers fit very well with the idea of ”good or pleasant emotions”, but the spangram is merely EMOTIONS itself. It's not a major problem, but it bothered me a little.
It's not difficult, even taking that into account. I searched for HAPPINESS at the beginning of the game and found it quickly, and none of the other words gave me any big problems. Once again I finished in just a few minutes. I'd quite like a harder game soon, as it happens.
How was today? Send me an email and let me know.
Answers from yesterday's NYT Strands (Friday, September 27, game #208)
- PIT
- WALL
- DRAWBRIDGE
- YARD
- TOWER
- KEEP
- TURRET
- SPANGRAM: CASTLE
