A demo for Metaphor: ReFantazio, Atlus' upcoming epic RPG, is apparently on the way to PlayStation, Xbox, and PC.
The demo is currently available in Korea and Hong Kong, though there is currently no timetable for a Western release.
According to the Hong Kong Xbox listing description, Metaphor: ReFantazio – Prologue Demo includes the game's opening and save data carrying over to the full release.
The full game will be released on Xbox Series X/S, PS5 and PS4, and PC (Steam, Microsoft) on October 11.
As such, this demo will allow players to complete the game's opening early and get started on its lengthy story.

According to director Katsura Hashino (interviewed by Spanish site Vandal), the game's length is comparable to that of Persona 5, meaning potentially more than 100 hours to complete the story.
We'd better start doing that demonstration now, huh?
Last month I tried out Metaphor: ReFantazio, and while it uses a lot of Persona's DNA, it has its own high fantasy setting.
