The Samsung Galaxy S25 series is expected to launch sometime in January, and we've now leaked dummy units of the three anticipated S25 models to compare the sizes and dimensions of the trio.
An image of these dummy units comes courtesy of well-known tipster @xleaks7 and Mokesciu Skaiciuokle; The same tipster has previously shown off dummy units for the standard Galaxy S25 and Galaxy S25 Ultra, but we haven't seen the Samsung Galaxy S25 Plus. or all three models together so far.
The dummy units are based on schematics provided to third-party accessory manufacturers, so they can prepare their various products, such as phone cases, in advance. They usually give us a pretty good idea of the designs and dimensions of the upcoming phones.
When it comes to the Galaxy S25 range, it doesn't look like we'll be getting a huge number of variations from the Galaxy S24, Galaxy S24 Plus and Galaxy S24 Ultra, although some subtle tweaks, such as a previously rumored change to the rear camera ring design.

We also have a video from the same source showing just the Galaxy S25 Plus unit from all angles. By the way, that circle on the back won't be visible on the finished phone; It's just there as an indicator of where the wireless charging coil will be.
The dimensions of the Samsung Galaxy S25 Plus have also been leaked: 158.44 mm x 75.79 mm x 7.35 mm. That makes it a little slimmer, a little shorter, and a little narrower than the current model, although there's really not much to it.
The biggest design changes are likely to be seen on the Galaxy S25 Ultra model, which is rumored to have more rounded corners, to better match the other two phones in the series. Adjustments to the frame should also make it more comfortable to hold.
Inside these phones, we'll of course get a processor upgrade, as well as, perhaps, an increase in RAM (although that's less certain). However, from what we've heard so far, don't expect a massive improvement in terms of camera setup.
