Some details about Hazelight Studios' next game have leaked ahead of schedule.
According to Dealabs' ever-reliable billbil-kun, we'll see the release of the studio's next game, supposedly known as Split Fiction, on March 6, 2025. The game will reportedly be available for PC and unspecified consoles.

At the time, our own Matt Wales suggested that the game could be called 'Sexy Bassoon' and to be honest I'm a little disappointed as that seems less likely to be its name. Anyway, it won't be long until we learn more about what Hazelight has been up to since It Takes Two.

In October, Hazelight announced that It Takes Two had sold a rather impressive 20 million copies since its release in 2021. This meant that the game had sold 4 million more copies since March of this year, when the developer announced it had sold 16 million. .
