BioWare has released a pretty major patch for Dragon Age: The Veilguard, which among a host of bug fixes, also adds some quality of life changes.
This includes more filters for your photo mode and new weapon icons. Players will now also be able to bind arrow keys to input mappings, thanks to this recent patch, while photo mode screenshot file names are now “simplified.”
As for those rings, new ones can now be compared with both ring slots equipped. Previously, when you grabbed a new ring to put on your finger, it would only compare the stats to one of the rings you had equipped.
As for the bugs in this Dragon Age: The Veilguard patch, BioWare has implemented more than 40 fixes. These cover glitches (BioWare has “removed” the causes of some of them, hooray!) and some strange facial expressions from Rook's first meeting with Emmrich.
Also, partners should no longer get stuck on the balance beams, which I'm sure they'll be happy about.

At launch, we gave Dragon Age: The Veilguard a brilliant five stars out of five.
“It's the loudest, loudest answer BioWare could have given to people who still doubt whether it could do it. The answer is yes, emphatically. The Veilguard is spectacular. BioWare is back,” our Bertie wrote in Dragon Age: The Veilguard from Eurogamer. review.
The game had “solid” sales here in the UK, although it has figures “almost 21 percent lower” than Final Fantasy 7: Rebirth across Europe.
