Every character in the world Destiny 2 You have your own likes and dislikes, and that comes down to your cookie preferences. You'll have to bake a different set of cookies for each of the NPC characters in Destiny and then personally deliver them to get some rewards.
Each cookie recipe requires a rare enemy ingredient, a rare deadly ingredient, and 10-15 Essence of Dawn – depending on whether you have baked all the recipes and done a master job in your oven or not, which you can obtain by completing activities in Destiny 2.

How to get ingredients in Destiny 2's Dawning 2024
To prepare the above recipes, you will need ingredients, which appear randomly when you meet certain criteria by defeating enemies in the world of Destiny 2.
There are two different types of ingredients: rare enemy ingredientsand rare ingredients to kill. We've organized the ingredients alphabetically below.
How to get rare enemy ingredients

All enemy ingredients appear when you defeat a certain type of enemy. While these ingredients are not guaranteed in the event of death, it is very likely that they will appear.
- kabbalah oil: Cabal Oil drops randomly when you kill a Cabal. You can easily find Cabal in the EPZ, on Nessus or Neomuna.
- chitin powder: Chitin Dust drops randomly when you kill Hive. You can easily find Hive on the Moon, in the Cosmodrome, or in the Throne World of Savathun.
- Dark Aether Staff: Dark Ether Cane drops randomly when you kill Scorn. You can easily find Scorn in Savathun's Throne World or Dreaming City.
- ether cane: Ether Cane drops randomly when you kill Fallen. You can easily find Fallen in the Cosmodrome, EDZ, Nessus, or Europa.
- Taken butter: Taken Butter drops randomly when you kill Taken. You can easily find Tomada in the City of Dreams.
- vex milk: Vex Milk drops randomly when you kill Vex. You can easily find Vex on Nessus, Europa, or Neomuna.
How to get rare ingredients to kill

Rare kill ingredients appear when you defeat an enemy using a certain method, such as a shotgun or a melee skill. These ingredients can be extremely rare and you may have to kill 50 enemies with a sword to get a single Sharp Flavor.
- Balanced flavors: Balanced flavor drops randomly when killing with a bow, sniper rifle, scout rifle, or pulse rifle.
- bullet spray: Bullet Spray drops randomly on kills with Heavy Machine Gun, Automatic Rifle, or Submachine Gun.
- dark glaze: Dark Frosting drops randomly due to Stasis or Strand ability or from weapon kills.
- Delicious explosions: Delicious explosions drop randomly when killing skills with class grenades, rocket launchers, or grenade launchers (special or heavy).
- electric flavor: Electric Flavor drops randomly on kills with the Arc skill or weapons.
- final touch: Finishing Touch drops randomly when killing a Finisher.
- Flash of inspiration– Flash of Inspiration drops randomly when you generate Orbs of Power with Armor Mods or Supers.

What else is in Destiny 2's Dawning in 2024?

Unlike other festive events in Destiny 2Dawning doesn't ask you to go out and play some new, unique activity. Instead you just need to play Destiny 2 to collect ingredients and Essence of dawn. However, just because there isn't a single activity for the event doesn't mean there aren't plenty of other things to do.
In addition to baking cookies, Dawning 2024 also includes:
- Weapons exclusive to Dawning, including new ones. Mistral Elevator Linear fusion rifle, with new perk rolls.
- The return of 2023's Dawning Memento, which comes from the Winter's Night quest and makes your weapons appear frozen.
- Upgrades for your oven and the rewards you can receive.
- Stasis Snowballs, which you can now generate after killing with your Dawning skills or weapons.
- Winter-themed cosmetics in the Eververse Store and through the Challenge Card.
- Stasis Dragon themed armor available for both Bright Dust and Silver.
- A Dawning title you can earn and gold, which you need if you eventually want to win the annual Reveler title.
- Three unique Vanguard emblems that are part of a new community event.
