Mumbai,Successful film industry director Vivek Ranjan Agnihotri is now preparing to bring 'The Delhi Files' after 'The Kashmir Files', 'Vaccine War'. Since this announcement, the director has often been giving fans glimpses of his upcoming film on social media. Agnihotri has shown the latest glimpse of 'The Delhi Files'.
Sharing a video on his official Instagram, 'The Vaccine War' director wrote in the caption, “Every shot, every scene tells a story of pain, anger and truth. Be prepared for what is coming soon. Along with this, he added the hashtag and wrote 'The Delhi Files'.
Agnihotri is known for making films on important issues. Be it 'The Vaccine War' or 'The Kashmir Files' among his films, there is no need to introduce these films to the audience. These days he is busy preparing for his next film 'The Delhi Files'.
In this sequence, he shared a video, in which some burnt books and newspapers are seen along with Vivekananda's picture. Even before this, he had shared a series of pictures while giving updates.
He wrote in the caption, “'The Delhi Files' Update The real story of Bengal, in the words of Bengalis, for the last six months I have been roaming in different cities and villages, talking to people. I am doing research on local culture and history. For my next film, I am trying to understand the root cause of Bengal's violent history.
The director further wrote, “Bengal is the only state that was divided twice and it is the only state where massacres occurred continuously before and after independence. The conflict in independent India was between two mainstream national ideologies – Hinduism and Islam.
Agnihotri has claimed that he has read more than 100 books and more than 200 articles related to historical events. His team traveled to 20 states for research. The director also visited Mahatma Gandhi's ashram in Sevagram, Maharashtra regarding the film, pictures of which he shared. 'The Delhi Files' is being directed by Vivek Ranjan Agnihotri and produced by Abhishek Aggarwal and Vivek together. The release date of the film has not been revealed yet.
