The superstar's wife claims that the makers of Bigg Boss have been in touch with her for the past four years.
Many Bollywood actors like Ranvir Shorey, Pooja Bhatt and others have participated in Bigg Boss. However, the wife of this superstar claimed that she turned down the show despite the makers of Salman's show approaching her for 4 years.
The wife of the superstar we are talking about has also said that she would like to host the show with Salman Khan instead of participating in it. She is none other than Govinda's wife Sunita Ahuja.
Speaking on the Time Out with Ankit podcast, when Sunita Ahuja was asked if she would ever participate in Bigg Boss, the actress said, “I have been getting offers for the last four years. For the OTT version as well, the one hosted by Anil Kapoor. They came to me twice for that and I was like, ‘Are you crazy? Do you think I clean toilets?’ They ask me this question, but tell me, would you ask Shah Rukh Khan’s wife the same thing? Do you think we are struggling financially? I don’t even watch Bigg Boss.”
She added that not only she but also her daughter were approached for the show and said: “I said to them, ‘Do you know who you are talking to now? Come and see me if you want me to present alongside Salman Khan. ’”
Sunita Ahuja also revealed that she is “waiting for an invite” to Karan Johar’s talk show, Koffee With Karan. Sunita started dating Govinda when she was just 15; they got married when she was 18 and gave birth to Tina when she was 19. They also have a son, Yashvardan Ahuja, who is gearing up to make his acting debut.
Meanwhile, Salman Khan is all set to make a comeback with his reality show Bigg Boss. As per reports, the theme of season 18 is said to be 'time travel'. If reports are to be believed, this season may see old tasks, contestants and even some situations that happened in previous seasons. Fans are now waiting for an official announcement.
