Mumbai The Sabarmati Report based on the Godhra incident was screened on Monday. PM Modi watched the film with the actors, about which actress Riddhi Dogra shared an emotional post on social media. Sharing a series of pictures on her official Instagram, actress Riddhi Dogra wrote in the caption, When I reached my hotel room after the screening with our Prime Minister Narendra Modi, I probably cried. A day we will always remember and a day we will never forget. Thank you. Along with the PM, the actress also thanked producer Ekta Kapoor and said, “Thank you for giving me the opportunity to showcase my talent, I am grateful to you Ekta Kapoor. Thank you for believing in me.”
In the pictures shared, PM Modi is seen meeting with Riddhi Dogra, Jitendra, Vikrant Massey, Ekta Kapoor, Raashi Khanna. In other pictures, the stars of the film were seen posing and captured in the same frame. Before Riddhi Dogra, producer of 'The Sabarmati Report', Ekta Kapoor also shared a post on social media thanking the PM.
Ekta Kapoor wrote, “Prime Minister Narendra Modi attended the screening of 'The Sabarmati Report'. We are beyond words of pride and gratitude. We are overwhelmed by this acceptance of the truth we are trying to bring forth! This story inspired by true values has now reached millions of people. Thank you for all your support!”
A special screening of 'The Sabarmati Report' was held in the Balayogi Auditorium of Parliament. After watching the film made on Godhra incident, PM praised its maker by sharing pictures on X. PM wrote, “Attend the screening of 'The Sabarmati Report' with fellow NDA MPs.
I appreciate the producers of the film for their efforts.” Home Minister Amit Shah, Defense Minister Rajnath Singh, Union Minister Nityanand Rai, Union Minister Jitan Ram Manjhi, Kangana Ranaut, Jitendra and other ministersMPs were also present to watch the film with the PM.
