Mumbai Actors Naga Chaitanya and Shobhita Dhulipala finally tied the knot in a lavish private ceremony at the prestigious Annapurna Studios on Wednesday. Some pictures of the couple's wedding have come online. In the pictures, Nagas wearing traditional pancha (dhoti) were seen fully engaged in sacred rituals. Shobhita flaunts her beauty in a stunning Kanjivaram silk saree adorned with real gold zari. The actress is looking very beautiful with traditional matha patti, bajuband and kamarband. Many stars including Chiranjeevi, Ram Charan, Mahesh Babu, Allu Arjun and his family, PV Sindhu, Nayanthara, Akkineni and Daggubati family and NTR reportedly attended the highprofile wedding. The wedding took place at Annapurna Studios, which is important to Naga Chaitanya's family. Established in 1976 by his esteemed grandfather Akkineni Nageswara Rao, this 22acre estate in Banjara Hills has long been a symbol of cinematic excellence and family legacy.
The actress shared glimpses of many rituals that took place before the wedding with fans on social media. These rituals include Pelli Kuturu, Pelli Rata, Mangalasnanam. This ritual is performed before the girl becomes a bride. Naga's family reached Shobhita's house for the ceremony, pictures of which surfaced on social media. The chemistry between Naga and Shobhita first sparked at a birthday party in Hyderabad, where the actress was promoting her film Major.
It is said that their conversations about cars marked the beginning of a friendship which later blossomed into romance. After some time, Naga Chaitanya invited Shobhita to visit his house, and later the two were seen traveling together in the same car. The couple officially announced their engagement on August 8.
Naga Chaitanya's father Nagarjuna shared their engagement pictures on social media, with an emotional caption: “We are happy to announce the engagement of our son, Naga Chaitanya to Sobhita Dhulipala, today at 9:42 am We are very happy to welcome her to our family!
