Mumbai . Actress Manisha Koirala is active on social media. Manisha has shared her latest post and told fans that she is suffering from 'severe headache'. The actress has also given suggestions to the fans to get rid of their problems.
On Tuesday morning, she shared a picture of herself resting on the bed on the social media platform Instagram. The 'Hiramandi: The Diamond Bazaar' actress revealed that she gets a 'severe headache' once a month and she doesn't know what causes it. The Bollywood actress also told ways to deal with it.
Manisha wrote in the caption, “Problems related to headache… Hello friends! Today I am sharing some personal things and hope some of you will like it. I get severe headaches once a month and I don't understand why this happens? Is it due to lack of water or lack of sleep, poor diet or stress? Or is that all?”
After this the actress also wrote some suggestions which help her. “My solution? It involves turning off everything for a day or two, listening to relaxing audiobooks or music, eating lightly, drinking plenty of water, and taking medications. Has anyone else had this experience? How do you deal with it? I'm determined to break this cycle by sharing your tips and tricks that can help me and others too!
The actress, who battled cancer and won, spoke openly about her challenging journey. She was diagnosed with ovarian cancer in 2012.
The actress said “I want to use my voice not only to help cancer patients but also to raise awareness about the need for healthcare and the signs and symptoms of ovarian cancer.”
Koirala further said, “Having faced cancer myself, I know how challenging this journey can be and I believe it is essential that we all come forward and help others. Manisha has survived cancer. She got treatment in New York and recovered in 2014.
Talking about the work front, Manisha Koirala was seen as 'Mallikajan' in the series 'Hiramandi: The Diamond Bazaar' directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali this year.
Manisha Koirala has previously worked with Sanjay Leela Bhansali in 'Khamoshi: The Musical'. The film was released in 1996. Along with Manisha, other stars including Salman Khan, Nana Patekar were in important roles in the romantic film.
