The actress recently shared a study on her Instagram Stories, which emphasizes the need for women to get more sleep.
According to studies, women need an extra 20 minutes of sleep because their brains are constantly busy making decisions, planning and other tasks.
This report has been released by the Sleep Foundation. It said nearly half of women get less than seven hours of sleep due to stress, hormonal changes, caregiving responsibilities and other reasons.
