Mumbai . Popular television actress Sangeeta Ghosh, who has been working in the television industry for many years, said that she selects her own outfits for all her shows. Along with this she said that she also chooses her makeup look herself.
Talking about her role and her look on TV, the actress said, “I choose the outfits myself for all my characters in the show. I also choose my own makeup and jewelery keeping in mind my character, so that I can bring my style to life on screen.
The actress said, “I like to do my own makeup so that I can control my look and see that it matches my character. I know many Bollywood actresses who choose their makeup look themselves.
Sangeeta said, “This way, we are able to do justice to what we want to bring to each of our characters.”
Sangeeta Ghosh plays Saroj, stepmother of Gagan (played by Sahil Uppal) in Saaja Sindoor. His character is very different from his personality in real life.
The show is based on the story of Phuli (Stuti Goyal), a young woman whose groom dies on the day of her wedding. The show depicts her struggles as a widow and their effects on those around her.
“Shared Sindoor” airs on Sun Neo. Its cast includes Sangeeta, Sahil Uppal, Neelu Vaghela and Naseer Khan.
In an interview with in September, Sangeeta had opened up about the changes that have taken place in the industry in recent times.
She had said, “I have been working in television for many years. Changes keep coming. I think we are better than before in terms of content, these things have become professional, in the name of professionalism people have become a little lazy. But wherever I have worked, my connection is very deep. So, I have enjoyed it a lot.
