Mumbai . Veteran actor Anupam Kher is missing late actor and special friend Satish Kaushik a lot. The actor expressed his pain by sharing an emotional post on social media.

Actor Anupam Kher, who is active on social media, often shares one post after another. Sharing an emotional post on Instagram, she wrote, “There is a difference of 47 years of life spent together in these two pictures of me and Satish. The above picture is of the play 'Long Day's Journey into Night' staged in 1978 and the bottom picture is during the shooting of the film 'Emergency'.

Describing the moments spent with Satish Kaushik as beautiful, the actor wrote, “The pictures may be black and white but our years together were more colorful than the colors of the rainbow! Satish Kaushik is gone too soon! I miss you and the moments spent with you a lot.”

The actor had earlier shared a video in which Kher recited a poem recalling the painful incident of exodus of Hindus in the Kashmir valley in the 90s. The pain of the displaced people was expressed in every word of this emotional poem. Anupam Kher's eyes filled with tears while reciting the poem.

Anupam Kher recited a poem by poet and film writer Sunayana Kachru. Sunaina Kachru is also a displaced Kashmiri Pandit.

Anupam Kher had written in the caption, “January 19, 1990 Exodus Day of Kashmiri Hindus. It has been 35 years since more than 5,00,000 Hindus were brutally thrown out of their homes. Those homes are still there, But they have been forgotten. They are in ruins. Sunaina Kachru, a victim of this tragedy, wrote a hearttouching poem about the memories of those houses. These lines of the poem will remind all those Kashmiri Pandits who were victims of this terrible tragedy. It is both sad and true.”

Anupam Kher read out a poem titled Homes of Kashmiri Pandits, which mentioned Dal Lake, the smell of saffron, pashmina shawls and Jhelum.

Talking about Anupam Kher's work front, these days the actor is in the news for his performance in Kangana Ranaut's film 'Emergency', in which he played the role of Jaiprakash Narayan.
