Mumbai . The entire film industry is shocked by the news of knife attack on Bollywood star Saif Ali Khan. At the same time, now All Indian Cine Workers Association (AICWA) has demanded a thorough investigation into this attack.
AICWA President Suresh Shyamlal Gupta said in a statement, “The shocking attack on Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan following a robbery attempt at his residence has created an atmosphere of fear in the industry. This incident comes in the wake of the tragic murder of Baba Siddiqui. This comes immediately after, heightening concerns about crimes targeting highprofile individuals in Mumbai.”
The statement said that AICWA demands a thorough investigation into this attack.
He further said, “It is very important to find out whether this was just a mere robbery or it was done to create fear in Bollywood, which could open the way for largescale extortion. The possibility of such sinister intentions.” “Can't be ignored and should be thoroughly investigated.”
The statement further said, “There are appalling incidents of violence taking place in the VVIP areas of Mumbai, the cultural and entertainment hub of the country, raising serious questions on law and order. The government and law enforcement agencies are required to take note of this growing threat.” “And the safety of Bollywood celebrities should be ensured.”
AICWA has also appealed to the Honorable Home Minister of Maharashtra, Shri Devendra Fadnavis to take immediate action in this matter.
Further adding, “We demand the arrest of those responsible for this attack on Saif Ali Khan. The government should not only arrest the culprits but also implement stringent security measures to protect Bollywood celebrities and their families from such threats.” Needed.”
