Three times booking from last Navratri
In the big real estate market Noida and Greater Noida, the number of registrations during Navratri has reached three times as compared to the previous Navratri. Real estate experts say that the time of Navratri and Diwali holds special significance for Indian families. People consider it very auspicious to buy a new property during this time and get it registered at an auspicious time. This year also Navratri has created the same enthusiasm and excitement. According to the information received from the Registry Department, on an average 350 registries are taking place every day and this figure is likely to increase rapidly till Diwali.

This year, if investors invest in properties of 3000 square feet or larger, a debit note of Rs 6 lakh is being given. On availing smaller size units, customers will get six split air conditioners or a debit note of Rs 2 lakh. Also offering free kitchen equipment like chimney, hub, OTG, microwave, and RO system for all property sizes. On the other hand, according to Ashwini Kumar of Pyramid Infratech, the real estate market is witnessing tremendous excitement due to the festive season. The demand for luxury projects is increasing rapidly, especially in prime areas like Dwarka Expressway and Southern Peripheral Road. Prateek Tiwari, Managing Director, Prateek Group, says that the festive season is a special time for home buyers when they decide to buy their dream home. The real estate market in Delhi-NCR is booming, especially in demand for luxury homes. Keeping in view the changing needs of the people, developers are constantly coming up with new and better projects, so that the expectations of the buyers can be met.
Buyers' interest increased in auspicious time
The atmosphere of registry this year is completely different in Greater Noida and Noida. Many buyers, who were waiting for the registration of their flats for years, are now getting the registration done immediately in view of the auspicious time of Navratri.
