Share Market Closing 12th November, 2024: The bad phase that started from October continues for stock market investors. On Tuesday, once again a massive disaster was seen in the stock market. Today BSE Sensex closed at 78,675.18 points with a fall of 820.97 points and similarly NSE Nifty 50 also closed at 23,883.45 points with a big fall of 257.85 points. Let us tell you that today the market opened in the green with a decent rise. But in the last few hours of trading suddenly selling took over and the market crashed.

Shares of 26 out of 30 Sensex companies fell

Today's latest decline can be gauged from the fact that shares of 26 out of 30 Sensex companies closed in the red with losses and shares of only 3 companies closed in the green with slight gains, while Reliance Industries shares closed today with no change. Shares of 46 out of 50 companies of Nifty 50 closed in the red mark with a decline and shares of only 4 companies closed in the green mark with a rise.

Biggest decline in NTPC

Among the Sensex companies, NTPC shares recorded the biggest decline of 3.06 percent today. Apart from this, shares of HDFC Bank 2.73 percent, Asian Paints 2.65 percent, State Bank of India 2.52 percent, Tata Motors 2.46 percent, JSW Steel 2.28 percent, Maruti Suzuki 2.27 percent, PowerGrid 2.12 percent, Adani Ports 2.02 percent, Bajaj Finance 1.98 percent, Mahindra & Mahindra 1.68 percent, Shares of Bajaj Finserv closed down by 1.61 percent, Nestle India by 1.43 percent, Kotak Mahindra Bank by 1.38 percent.

Shares of these 3 companies closed in the green.

Along with these, shares of Axis Bank, Hindustan Unilever, Larsen & Toubro, UltraTech Cement, Tech Mahindra, ITC, Tata Steel, Titan, TCS, Bharti Airtel, HCL Tech and IndusInd Bank also declined. Today, shares of Sun Pharma closed with a gain of 0.28 percent, Infosys with a gain of 0.06 percent and ICICI Bank with a gain of 0.04 percent.
