Ola Electric is going to launch the much awaited electric motorcycle soon. This information has been given by Ola CEO Bhavish Aggarwal himself. Taking to social media platform X, Agarwal shared updates from his visit to Ola's manufacturing facility. This also includes the Futurefactory, where motorcycles will be produced. The company is preparing for commercial battery production. This announcement has been made at a time when Ola is facing a lot of scrutiny regarding its after-sales service.
There was a war on social media recently
Comedian Kunal Kamra has been vocal about the company's customer service problems a few days ago, sharing complaints from dissatisfied customers and criticizing Ola's response to the delay in repairs. Kamra also shared a deepfake video mocking Aggarwal's handling of customer complaints, thereby focusing on Ola's service challenges.
Aggarwal accused Kamra of defaming Ola and challenged him to spend a day at the service centre. This conversation made a lot of headlines on social media and many users took Kamra's side. Kamra continued to post customer complaints and mocked Agarwal for accepting the challenge, further exposing the service issues.
