Share Market Opening 15th October, 2024: The stock market opened in the green for the second consecutive day on Tuesday. BSE Sensex opened with a gain of 128.81 points at 82,101.86 points, while on the other hand, NSE Nifty 50 also opened with a gain of 58.35 points at 25,186.30 points. Let us tell you that on Monday, the Indian stock market opened in the green and also closed with a huge gain. Whereas on Friday last week the market had closed with a big fall.
Shares of more than half the companies opened in the green.
After the market opened at 9.17 am, shares of 25 out of 30 Sensex companies were trading in the green, while the shares of the remaining 5 companies were in the red. In this way, shares of 38 out of 50 companies of Nifty 50 were trading with gains and shares of 12 companies were trading with losses.
Highest rise in Asian Paints
As of 9.17 am on Tuesday, shares of Asian Paints among the Sensex companies are trading with the highest gain of 1.40 percent. After this, Bharti Airtel was trading with a rise of 0.98 percent, Mahindra & Mahindra 0.88 percent, Infosys 0.82 percent, Maruti Suzuki 0.79 percent, Tata Motors 0.58 percent, Bajaj Finserv 0.55 percent, ICICI Bank 0.53 percent.
Shares of these companies were seen trading in profit
Apart from these, UltraTech Cement, Bajaj Finance, Titan, Adani Ports, HDFC Bank, HCL Tech, Sun Pharma, NTPC, PowerGrid, Larsen & Toubro, State Bank of India, Kotak Mahindra Bank, ITC, TCS, Tech Mahindra, IndusInd Bank and Hindustan Unilever. Shares were also trading in the green.
