honda motorcycle And Scooter India (HMSI) has today launched the country's first Flex-Fuel powered bike CB300F. It is India's first 300cc flex-fuel motorcycle. Customers can now book the 2024 Honda CB300F flex-fuel at their dealership. The price of this bike has been kept at Rs 1,70,000 (ex-showroom, Delhi). The bike is powered by a 293.52cc, oil-cooled, 4 stroke, single-cylinder PGM-FI engine that is compatible with E85 fuel (85% ethanol and 15% gasoline). It produces 18.3 kW of power and 25.9 Nm of peak torque. The engine of the bike is mated to a 6-speed gearbox. It also has an assist slipper clutch, which makes gear shifts quicker and prevents rear wheel hopping while changing gears.
Excellent handling and modern technology
The CB300F flex-fuel gets disc brakes on both wheels (276 mm front and 220 mm rear), dual-channel ABS and Honda's Selectable Torque Control (HSTC). Additionally, the USD front fork and 5-step adjustable rear mono shock suspension provide a comfortable riding experience. Furthermore, it has an all-LED lighting system. The fully digital instrument panel of the CB300F comes with 5 levels of customizable brightness and displays information like speedometer, odometer, tachometer, fuel gauge, twin trip meters, gear position indicator and a clock. It also has an Intelligent Ethanol Indicator, which flashes when the vehicle is filled with high ethanol content gasoline (more than 85%).
Price, colors and availability
The 2024 Honda CB300F flex-fuel will be available in a single variant and two color options – Sports Red and Matte Axis Gray Metallic. Its attractive price has been kept at Rs 1,70,000 (ex-showroom, Delhi). Bookings have now started, and it will be available at all Honda Big Wing dealerships across the country from the last week of October 2024.
