There is a possibility that the price may cross ₹ 100

There can be a rise in the retail price of onion. Actually, after the government reduced the export of onion, its arrival in the wholesale market has reduced. Farmers are now selling onions abroad. Traders fear that the price of onion may cross Rs 100 per kg in the coming days. Due to the crop getting submerged due to heavy rains in the onion producing states of the country and the disruption of the logistics chain, the availability of onion has reduced and the prices are skyrocketing.
