Pakodas of potato, onion, cabbage and cheese are made in homes. But today we are telling you how to make bitter gourd pakodas. Which even diabetic patients can eat easily. Bitter gourd pakoras become absolutely crispy. You can make these easily. Bitter gourd pakodas are healthy and tasty and adults and children eat them with relish.

Bitter Gourd Pakoda Recipe
First step- First of all, wash the bitter gourd and remove the peel. Now remove the seeds from the middle of the bitter gourd. If the seeds are not hard then there is no need to remove them. Now cut the bitter gourd in round shape like slices and apply salt and keep it for some time.
Second step- Take about 1 cup of gram flour in a bowl and add half a cup of rice flour to it. Mix spices of your choice like spoonful of red chilli, a pinch of turmeric, a little garam masala and salt in the mixed flour of gram flour and rice.
Fourth step- Put the bitter gourd pieces in the gram flour solution and one by one, wrap the bitter gourd in the gram flour and drop them in the oil. While stirring, you have to fry the bitter gourd pakodas till they become crispy. When the pakoras are fried, take them out in a plate and sprinkle chaat masala on top.
