Mahakumbh Mela is famous all over the world for its grandeur. This fair is going to be buzzing with devotees once again in 2025. This fair will run from January 13 to February 26 and will be held on the banks of four major rivers – Ganga, Yamuna, Godavari and Shipra. In such a situation, the Railway Ministry has made excellent arrangements for the Kumbh Mela. 992 special trains will be run for this huge religious gathering to be held in Prayagraj in January. 12427 New Delhi Superfast Express, Rewa → Anand Vihar Terminal: This train departs from Rewa at 04:20 hrs and reaches Anand Vihar Terminal at 06:40 hrs, seven days a week.

30 to 50 crore devotees expected to come to Kumbh:
30 to 50 crore devotees are expected to come to this event of Maha Kumbh to be held in Prayagraj, hence the Railway Ministry has planned to run 992 special trains in addition to 6,580 regular trains from various cities for Prayagraj.
