First step: First of all, cut the cheese into small pieces and keep it in a bowl. Now after that, add green chillies and garlic in a pan and fry on high flame for one minute. Now add peanuts, cumin seeds and fry well, till the aroma comes out. Then add green coriander, salt, mix well and turn off the flame.

second step: Now grind these ingredients coarsely in a food processor or mash them well. Now apply the paste thoroughly on all the pieces of cheese.

Third step: Now turn on the gas and place a pan on it and grease it well with oil. Now add paneer pieces on it and fry well from both the sides. Fry until they become golden on both sides. Take out the fried paneer in a plate and pour lemon juice on it and eat it hot.
