Mumbai . Actor Sudhanshu Pandey, who plays the role of Vanraj Shah in the family show 'Anupama', has decided to leave the show. He has expressed his gratitude to the audience for their love and support. While talking to his fans in the live session of Instagram, Sudhanshu made an 'important announcement' from his side. Sudhanshu has 2.2 million followers on Insta.
In the video, Sudhanshu says, “I have been reaching your house every day for the last four years through a daily soap. For the character I am playing in this, I got a lot of love and resentment from the audience, but that resentment is also love in a way. If there was no resentment about my character, I would have thought that I was not playing my character properly.
He further said, “I want to tell you all with a heavy heart that I am no longer a part of the show 'Anupama'. I am not working in the show since the Raksha Bandhan episode. So many days have passed since this, I Thought that my audience might get angry with me, that is why I thought it was my responsibility to tell you all this myself.
He further said, “I am no longer playing the character of Vanraj Shah in the show 'Anupama'. I am grateful for everyone's love, respect and support. I am sorry for taking such a sudden decision.”
''We have to move forward in life. I want you to continue giving your love to my work in the future also.
Sudhanshu finally said, “I will play many new characters, will not bore you with the same role. Please keep supporting me in future also.”
The show is produced by Rajan Shahi and Deepa Shahi under the banner of Director's Cut Productions. It stars Rupali Ganguly, Madalsa Sharma and Gaurav Khanna in lead roles. It airs on Star Plus.
