Bhagyashree has shared a reel video on Instagram, in which she is giving stepbystep tips to make delicious laddus. At the beginning of the clip, veteran actress Bhagyashree can be seen saying, “Who doesn't like sweets? But nowadays everyone avoids eating sweets to control their diet. But today I will tell you a sweet recipe which is tasty as well as healthy.” After this he shared the recipe of nutrientrich laddus with the fans.
He said, “Grind roasted gram dal, almonds, cashews, pistachios, walnuts, lap, black pepper, celery and jaggery. After this, fry the lap in one teaspoon ghee. Fry gram flour in 2.5 tsp ghee. Now add makhana and other dry fruits to it. Now take it out. Add 1.5 tsp jaggery.” The actress said that if you like sweet food, then add more jaggery in it.
He told that apart from protein, this laddu contains many essential nutrients. The calcium, iron, potassium and Vitamin B present in it will make your body healthy.
