New Delhi . Who doesn't like to eat street food? But no other food can do the wonders that homemade bread does. But, do you know that eating only wheat flour for 12 months is not good for health.

Along with this, he said that it also plays an important role in increasing weight. The carbohydrates present in it increase the intake of calories, due to which the person starts facing problems like obesity. Along with this, it also works to increase blood sugar. Due to which the risk of type 2 diabetes remains. Apart from this, wheat flour also causes imbalance of blood pressure along with cholesterol, due to which the person remains at risk of heart disease in future.
