Big statement by America and India after ceasefire between Israel and Hezbollah, know what was said? – Top News Bulletin

Washington/New Delhi: After the announcement of ceasefire between Israel and Hezbollah, a big statement has come out from America and India. The Indian Ministry of External Affairs has issued a statement saying that “We welcome the peace agreement between Israel and Hezbollah. We have always been in favor of establishing peace and returning to the path of dialogue to stop the increase in attacks. We hope that This decision will bring peace and stability to the entire region.”

Meanwhile, US President Joe Biden said Israel and Lebanon's Hezbollah have accepted the US-brokered peace deal, which has been designed with the aim of a “permanent cessation” of hostilities between the two sides. Biden described the ceasefire agreement between Israel and Hezbollah as “good news” and expressed hope that the pause in more than 13 months of fighting would prove important towards ending the war in Gaza.

Biden said – Israel again has the right to take military action if the agreement is broken

Biden, in his address in the Rose Garden of the White House (the official residence and office of the US President), said that Israel has the right to immediately resume military operations in Lebanon if Hezbollah breaks the terms of the ceasefire. Biden said shortly after Israel's Security Cabinet approved the deal that under the cease-fire, Israel would gradually withdraw its troops from Lebanon over the next 60 days. According to reports, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu presented an agreement to the Security Cabinet that aims to end months of fighting between Israel and Iran-backed Hezbollah following the Gaza conflict.

United Nations also welcomed the agreement

UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres in New York also welcomed the ceasefire announcement. He expressed hope that this would end the violence, destruction and suffering faced by the people of Israel and Lebanon. Jeanine Hennis-Plasschaert, the UN Special Coordinator for Lebanon, echoed similar sentiments. “This agreement is the starting point of an important process, building on the full implementation of resolution 1701 (2006), to restore to civilians on both sides the safety and security they deserve,” he said in the Senate. House Majority Leader Chuck Schumer called the agreement a good deal for Israel and the region. He said this shows that when terrorists are defeated both militarily and through determined diplomacy, the chances of peace increase.

This message came from Trump's representative

“Because of President Trump, everyone is coming to the table,” Rep. Mike Waltz of Florida, Trump's choice for national security adviser, said in a post on Twitter. “Trump's landslide victory sent a clear message to the rest of the world that anarchy will not be tolerated,” he said. I am happy that concrete steps have been taken towards reducing tensions in West Asia. (Language)
