Hailstone Electric launched 2 new models of electric scooters on Tuesday, November 26. With this, the electric scooter manufacturing company has also entered the commercial scooter segment. Ola has launched two models for commercial use named Gig and S1 Z. The company has introduced two different variants of Gig scooter, Gig and Gig+. On the other hand, two different variants of S1 Z have also been introduced, S1 Z and S1 Z+. Both Gig and Gig+ of Ola Electric will be purely for commercial use. While S1 Z has been launched in the passenger category and S1 Z+ has been launched in the commercial category.
Range will be 112 km with top speed of 25 km per hour
Gig has been launched with a 1.5 kWh battery. Its top speed will be 25 km per hour and it will give a range of 112 km on a single charge. This scooter will come with a single battery pack. Ola has launched this scooter at a price of Rs 39,999. Gig+ has been launched with double battery pack. It will have a 1.5 kWh battery. With a single battery, this scooter will give a range of 18 km on a single charge. Its top speed will be 45 km per hour. The company has fixed the price of Gig+ at Rs 49,999.
The company fixed the price of Rs 59,999 for S1 Z.
S1 Z and S1 Z+ have been launched with a power of 1.5 kWh x 2 (3 kW). This scooter will come with a single battery and a battery can also be installed separately in it. With a single battery, this scooter will give a range of 75 km in a single charge and with double battery, it will give a range of 146 km. Its top speed will be 70 km per hour. The price of S1 Z has been fixed at Rs 59,999 and the price of S1 Z+ has been fixed at Rs 64,999.
Gig scooters will also be available on rent
