Today we will tell you the recipe of delicious paratha made in winter. You will find these parathas tastier in the cold season because these parathas will be stuffed with peas. Things needed to make Matar Parathas
Peas, green chilli, coriander leaves, ground coriander, ground red chilli, mango powder, cumin, asafoetida, salt, flour, refined
Make Matar Paratha like this:

First step: First of all, peel the green peas, add some salt to the cooker and boil the peas for 2-3 whistles. After 2-3 whistles, turn off the gas and take out the whistle of the cooker and put the peas in a strainer so that all the water gets drained out.

second step: As soon as the peas cool down, mash them a little. Now put oil in a pan. When the oil becomes hot, add half a teaspoon of cumin seeds and a pinch of chilli and add peas. After that, add one and a half spoon of ground coriander, a pinch of ground red chilli, finely chopped green chilli, less than half a spoon of mango powder, finely chopped coriander leaves, a pinch of asafoetida and salt as per taste and stir well. Now fry it on low flame for 10 minutes. Keep stirring it in between. After this, turn off the gas and take out the mixture in a plate and let it cool.

third stepTo make pea parathas, knead the dough well and add some salt to it. Now fill the pea mixture in the flour and make a round ball. Roll the dough gently. On the other side, put the pan on low flame. Now roast the rolled paratha on the pan. When the paratha is cooked from both the sides, take it out. Make all the parathas in the same manner. If you eat this paratha with pickle and tea, it will taste even more delicious.
