The decision of the two judge bench of the Supreme Court has come on the bulldozer action. The Supreme Court has banned bulldozer action. The court has said that arbitrarily demolishing houses is a violation of the law. The Supreme Court said that there should be rule of law in the states. No one's property can be demolished arbitrarily. Even if a person is guilty, his house can be demolished according to law. Being accused or guilty of this is not a basis for demolishing someone's house. The Supreme Court further said that officials who arbitrarily operate bulldozers on property will be held accountable for it. Also, if any officer has taken arbitrary and illegal action then he will be punished.
Abu Azmi said – action should be taken against the accused officers
Now statements of leaders of different political parties have also started coming out on this decision of the Supreme Court. Regarding this, Maharashtra Samajwadi Party chief Abu Azmi said, 'We welcome this decision of the Supreme Court. Now strict action should be taken against those officers who have demolished the houses of innocent people, they will be put in jail. We demand that compensation should be recovered from the government for all the people whose houses have been bulldozed till now. The entire family cannot be punished for the crime of one person.
Omprakash Rajbhar said – will decide after reading the court's decision
Regarding the Supreme Court's decision on bulldozer action, Omprakash Rajbhar said, 'If someone has encroached, then action will be taken. The government works within the framework of law. The decision of the Supreme Court will be read completely and further decision will be taken. Let us tell you that while giving its decision, the Supreme Court said that if a person's house is demolished arbitrarily then he should get compensation. Running bulldozers without legal process is unconstitutional. The entire family cannot be punished for the mistake of one person. If there is only one accused then why should the house of the entire family be taken away.
