Tamil film superstar Thalapathy Vijay has entered politics by launching 'Tamizhaga Vetri Kazhagam' (TVK) party. On Sunday, Sarvajanik Vijay organized a political meeting in which a large number of his supporters also attended. In the political rally, Thalapathy Vijay has also targeted the ruling DMK party in Tamil Nadu. Apart from this, Vijay said that the forces and corrupt people who are dividing the country on religious basis are the enemies of his party. At the same time, now DMK party has also targeted actor-turned-politician Vijay.
TVK party founder Vijay had taken a dig at DMK and its first family in the rally. Vijay had said that the leaders of the state's ruling party are calling the 'anti-people government as Dravidian model government'. Let us tell you that the Dravidian model government is being linked to the statements of Tamil Nadu CM and DMK Party President MK Stalin. Vijay had further said in the rally that his party is based on the ideologies of secular social justice and leaders like EVR Periyar and K Kamaraj are the guides of the party.
On the other hand, DMK has also targeted Thalapathy Vijay. DMK said that Vijay's TVK has copied the ideology of DMK. The DMK hit back at Vijay, saying it has seen many rivals in its long innings and will remain strong. Party leader TKS Elangovan said that these are all our policies, he is copying them. Whatever he is saying, we have said the same before and we are also following it.
